Marketing campaigns - both physical and digital - play a key role at Ansarada in driving sales performance, building pipeline, increasing partner engagement, and supporting account-based selling. As someone who is very detail oriented with great communication skills, you’ll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel opportunities and mid-funnel pipeline acceleration for sales and partners via the execution and management of campaigns. This position will report to the Head of Marketing based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do?

    • Regional Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work with the core marketing team, regional marketers and sales stakeholders to conceptualize, create and execute demand generation marketing plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives that align with pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals.
    • Manage campaign creation and track submission for and performance of digital marketing programs - banner ads, newsletters, eBlasts, content syndication, print, etc.
    • Create integrated campaigns with a multi-prong social, digital and print approach.
    • Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing and follow-up, ensuring there is a cohesive strategy to increase engagement and response rates. 
    • Create campaigns that mine the base of customers engaged on Ansarada. 
    • Use templates and creative resources to create campaign materials for emails, landing pages, banner ads, etc.
    • Collaborate on content creation: using campaign program needs and an understanding of market trends, support the messaging and positioning and messaging.
    • Reporting sophistication to show conversion, most effective campaigns, and areas for improvement.
    • Daily use of CRM (Salesforce.com) for lead tracking, audience selection, and extensive creation of reports and dashboards. Develop strong cross-functional relationships with sales to gauge and track lead quality and lead flow.
    • Daily use of marketing automation platform (Pardot) for email creation and execution, campaign metrics and measurement.
    • Actively manage each funnel. Surface trends and insights and deploy creative solutions and tactics to increase performance in each local market. Explore and develop new programs to increase pipeline, operational excellence, and drive growth.
    • Customer Marketing: Deploy high-impact digital and high-touch campaigns to target account contacts.
    • Develop and implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling (ABM).Research: Identify key customer insights through research, data analysis, and customer engagement. Go deep on understanding prospective customers.
    • Partner Marketing: Create and implement partner-orientated marketing programs and materials.
    • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product marketing to develop tools, training and content.
    • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and location programs.

What we're looking for?

    • SaaS and Enterprise marketing. Proven B2B experience in scale-up growth environments. Prefer some knowledge of the advisory space, M&A and Enterprise market.
    • Global & Local: Has been responsible for the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns. Some experience of US and UK markets an advantage.
    • Marketing Platforms: Competency to use our platforms. Salesforce, Pardot, Google, Kentico. Basic HTML. Strong on analysing data.
    • Customer & Sales Engagement: Evidence of effectiveness in engaging with sales through events, sales comms and customer engagement. An out-of-the-box thinker.
