We are looking for an analytics expert who is passionate about using data to make a real impact on a household name in the financial services industry. This is not your typical analyst role as you will get to be the voice of the customer within the business. The role of remediation to the business is paramount as it affects reputation and genuinely changes customers' situations on a financial and personal level.
This is a permanent role here in Sydney and will look to begin remotely with the aim to work in the CBD based offices. Interviews will look to happen immediately and remotely.
You will get to:
Be the voice of the customer using data to support decisions in meetings with stakeholders
Review estimation approach, remediation approach, specification, and other documents in conjunction with your stakeholders and colleagues to fully understand incidents that have impacted our customers.
Develop and execute an analytical approach to supporting the remediation activities for your assigned incidents.
Brief stakeholders on your findings, and work iteratively to refine your methods and findings, taking strong positions in the customers' interest.
Perform assurance reviews of your colleague's work, helping them to correct any issues that you find.
This role is for you if:
You have a good knowledge of SQL.
You have experience with other analytical tools and platforms such as; SAS, R Studio, Python, Tableau.
You have experience with project and workload management.
You can approach complex and ambiguous business problems in a methodological and solution-focused way.
You have a good knowledge of customer insights or remediation.
